It would have been more in the public interest, however, if the annual loss for QVMAG was openly declared.
We can only fear that the losses are escalating in the same way as Launceston Aquatic, York Park/Aurora Stadium and Princess Theatre.
LCC have continued to show what poor managers they are of public facilities, and the logical call for a Public Administrator as previously occurred in Launceston, is very timely.

Please let us not have a blockbuster like that Game On exhibition. The exhibition was alright I suppose if you were into that sort of thing but it lost a shed load of money that would be much better spent on other things.
It probably time for a big rethink and an administrator might just be able to turn things around. Let us have a really good look at this idea.
Council may be poor managers but that would be despite the heroic efforts of the head guy there, Robert Dobrynski.
Robert's cool head and administrative and management genius are responsible for the Council's brilliant performance over the last 18 months.
Without his leadership, the elected group would be exposed for the bungling amateurs that they are.
