An argument AGAINST passing the proposed referendum
Currently it is unclear what support there will be for forthcoming referendum to proceed at all. We are yet to receive an argument FOR passing the proposed referendum.

There is a reliable saying.....If it ain't broke, then don't fix it.
Why do the Feds need to recognize Local Government when it is properly a child of the State? This is a bit like grandfather telling a parent how to raise and care for a child.
Just trust the parents and most problems will be addressed, so if you want to give the child something then trust the parents to do the right thing or otherwise withold the gifts - simple !
