Why can't you answer the questions Mr Mayor? Be honest with your community. Are you wishing your ratepayers all the best for XMAS or was that meant to be the university? after all they are the ones with the presents!!!
Robert, it was the university for sure! Since reading this I have been thinking that Tasmania now has an "Integrity Commission". Why not run this ratepayer-rip-off past that commission to find out if it has any integrity OR if it will deem this kind of thing as being okay.
The ratepayer would then know if their council had the integrity the Mayor seems to assume, or is it deem, that it has. That could be a relevant NEW YEARS PRESENT for us all.
