Freaken Hell! Same old, same old story! It is all about the tail wagging the dog. AND the mayor telling us he has unfinished business is just a bit rich after 3 years and what he is paid.
You would reckon he would have finished something in that time and started a lot more.
This council is a bloody joke or it would be if it wasn't all so very very serious!
